Questions about Phone Consultations
In order to have a phone-based consult with HelloDoc Health you will need a mobile phone, landline, or VOIP connection to make a call.
You will also need to provide a valid form of photo ID before you enter your consultation. We accept the following forms of photo ID:
- Passport
- Driving License / Provisional License
- Disabled Driver Card
- Military ID Card
As our clinicians are licensed to provide diagnostics, prescriptions and treatments that can be dispensed within Europe only, we are currently not always able to provide consultations with patients outside of the European region. However, most virtual health consults can be delivered by us around the globe.
If you miss your prebooked appointment, please get in touch with our patient experience team on support@hellodoc.health. Please note that if you are using our paid service, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you think you are going to miss your appointment, you can cancel up to 4 hours before your appointment start time for a full refund. If you cancel less than four hours before, unfortunately we will not be able to refund you.
90% of our customers find that a 10-minute phone-based GP consultation is all they need to resolve their issue. Our GP appointments are available in 10 and 20-minute blocks.
Mental health consults are available in 45 or 60-minute blocks.
